MiMi-Lou's Cupcakes can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated depending on the product. If the cake is a made with fruits or fresh cream, for food safety this has to be placed in the refrigerator, if the cake or cupcakes is not consumed within 24 hours of delivery. All Buttercream, Cream Cheese, Chocolate Guanche or Swiss Meringue cakes or cupcakes can be refrigerated and not have any effects on the product. Please remember to cover all cakes and cupcakes with the packaging, as the air can make the cakes dry once cut or bitten. If your product has fondant or chocolate modelling, please do not refrigerate the cupcake or cake as it will spoil your cake and condense the cake with moisture. Please keep all Cupcakes and Cakes out of direct sunlight. If it a warm or sunny day for All buttercream, Cream Cheese, Chocolate Guanche or Swiss Meringue Cupcakes and Cakes please put it in the fridge as it will keep product firm until ready to use.
